I am a Chartered Counselling Psychologist trained in many therapeutic modalities that enable me to tailor the therapy to individual clients. Therapy is a collaborative process that can go through many stages depending on your needs and changing needs as the therapy progresses. Therapy can also be a challenging process and for this reason it is important that you feel comfortable and safe while we work together.

I have over 20 years’ experience working in the NHS, charity and the private sectors. I specialise in a number of psychological therapies, including CBT, MBCT, CAT, MBT, Jungian Analysis, Existential/Phenomenological Analysis, CFT, ACT and FST. I am an adult ADHD assessor.

Every individual has a unique and an important story to share. I am here to listen to your story, learn about what brings you to therapy and help you achieve an open, safe and compassionate place in the world. I understand how difficult therapy can be and I encourage my clients through flexibility to ask questions and be as open as they can be at any time.

In life, we come across and go through many obstacles, like eclipses.  These have an impact on our shine and obstruct our path. Some of them are more enduring than others. We live with the knowledge that these experiences leave lasting imprints on our being and we live in persistent preparation for another one to come.  It can be difficult to navigate life knowing its unpredictability, while attempting to understand how we feel and what impact previous experiences have had on us.  A trusting therapeutic relationship provides a safe space in which you can explore your life.
